Privacy statement

This statement describes how Souky Tours handles your data. The website belongs to ESBL B.V.. We keep it short, because we process little data. Last updated on October 5, 2026.

Which data we process

When you use the chat, we see what you type and the details you fill in yourself, such as your name, your email address or your phone number. To make a trip proposal we sometimes ask for more, such as travel dates, the number of travelers and anything that affects the program.

When you receive a trip proposal, we store that proposal: your name, the phone number or email address you gave us, the program and the price. You view it through a personal link that only you receive.

The trip planner turns your answers into a chat message. That message, and your email address if you fill it in, goes to the chat once you click send. Nothing is sent before that.

What we use it for

Only to answer your question, to make a proposal and, if you book, to organize and administer the trip. We do not send newsletters and we do not sell your data. We share it only with the people who run your trip (Soukayna of Souky Tours and Saïd) and with accommodations that need your name for a reservation.

How long we keep it

We keep chat conversations and trip proposals for as long as needed to prepare and run your trip, and after that for as long as the legal record-keeping duty requires. If you only ask a question and do not book, we delete the conversation and the proposal after a reasonable period.

Cookies and external services

  • We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
  • The chat at the bottom right runs on Crisp (crisp.chat). Crisp sets a functional cookie to remember your conversation and processes what you type in the chat. See the Crisp privacy policy for details.
  • Trip proposals are stored in a database at Neon, in a data center in the European Union.
  • Soukayna writes her proposal in English or French. For Dutch customers, software translates the text of the program into Dutch. Your contact details are not part of that.
  • If you email us, we keep your message and your email address so we can reply. Email to our address goes through the forwarding service ImprovMX to our mailbox at Microsoft 365.
  • If you choose WhatsApp on the contact page, the terms and privacy policy of WhatsApp, a Meta service, apply.
  • The website is hosted at Vercel. Servers store standard technical logs (such as IP address and time of a visit) to keep the site secure and running.

Your rights

You can always ask which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Send a message in the chat. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
