How it works
- You send your flight number, arrival time and the address of your riad or hotel in the chat.
- You get a price and confirm. How you find each other at the airport is agreed in advance.
- If your riad is in a car-free alley, Soukayna takes you to the nearest gate. You walk the last stretch, often with someone from the riad pushing your suitcase on a cart.
Why not just take a taxi?
You can. At the exit of the arrivals hall there is a taxi desk with fixed rates per zone: since 2024 a petit taxi to the medina costs 80 dirhams by day and 120 at night. A transfer with Soukayna is something else: you are expected, a woman is behind the wheel, the price is fixed and after a late flight you are not searching in the dark. If you travel alone, that matters.

About fifteen minutes, to the medina and to Gueliz.
Can Soukayna drive up to the door of my riad?
Usually not. Many riads are in alleys where no car can go. She drops you at the nearest gate or a small square and you walk the last stretch. Ask your riad to have someone meet you there.
What if my flight is delayed?
Give your flight number in advance and send a message in the chat if you are delayed. Soukayna then adjusts her time.
Can I arrive late in the evening?
Say so in your request. You hear straight away whether it works and what it costs.
What does a transfer cost?
You get a fixed price in advance in the chat. It depends on the number of people and the address.
